Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. The User has the right to unilaterally cancel the ordered and paid Transfer by sending an email to the Service´s  customer service team at info@transferbooking.org.
2. The Company is obliged to refund fully the Client´s payment  transferred  to the Company’s account  as a full or partial payment of the Transfer, in case of cancellation of the Transfer by the User specified in article  1. no later than 24 hours before the agreed time of the transfer.
3. The Company is obliged to refund fully the Client´s payment  transferred to the Company’s account  as a full or partial payment  of  the Transfer, in case of cancellation of the Transfer upon the initiative of the Carrier or due to the Service fault.
4. In case the Client unilaterally cancels the Transfer less than 24 hours before the agreed time of the Transfer, the refund of the amount transferred to the account as a payment of the Transfer fee shall not be made.
5. In case the Client or another passenger on whose behalf  the Client has made a  booking  did not appear at the agreed place of the beginning of the Transfer (within 60 minutes at the airports or within 15 minutes at all other places)  since the moment of the agreed start of the Transfer, full or partial payment will not be returned to him/her.
6. The User agrees that when paying the cost of the transfer, he/she might be additionally charged additional fees  and commissions of payment systems in accordance with the relevant agreements between the Company and the bank and/or the Company and the payment system, and the amount of the payment might be deducted from his bank/credit card account in a currency other than the currency of payment selected by the User, if the payment in a certain currency and/or mandatory conversion is compulsory  by the terms of the bank and/or payment system, by which  the payment has been made.
